EPI was founded in 1970 by Larry Heath selling primarily pollution control equipment to Lime, Cement, Power Plant and Chemical Industries.
Paul Viox joined EPI on June 13, 2003 as an equity partner and manufacturers representative for Air Material Handling and Wear Resistant Products Companies. At the time EPI was based out of Eureka, MO.
Unfortunately, Larry and Paul's working partnership was cut short due to Larry's passing in the fall of 2003. Larry had been a friend and a business associate of Paul's for approximately 25 years.
Paul Viox assumed ownership of the current EPI on December 23, 2003, with the duties of President and Corporate Secretary. Due to logistics in January of 2005 the EPI office was relocated to Ste. Genevieve, MO. Today EPI continues a very successful business operation at this location.
Jeff Viox joined EPI on December 1, 2007 as a sales engineer to assist with expanding business. On January 1, 2016, Jeff assumed ownership when Paul Viox announced his retirement. He continues to serve as President and Corporate Secretary.
Tom Mueller joined EPI on January 4, 2016 as a sales engineer to continue to grow the territory.
